Enjoy your pregnancy and your baby with no pain!
Are you pregnant and always waking up in the middle of the night with pain?
Can’t you take a walk because it feels more like torture?
Do you want to enjoy your baby, but back pain prevents you from being in full harmony?
I am the father of two children, and I “know” well how hard it is, especially the last few months of pregnancy, and the first ones with the baby outside.
During pregnancy, the woman’s center of gravity changes, and there is a whole body readjustment and weight gain that causes several nerves to become compressed, various tensions in the body’s musculature and derangements in organs and tissues.
During childbirth, more tensions can also arise, either from the force that is done or as a consequence of the epidural that is given to the back.
As if that wasn’t enough, when the baby is born, new positions and efforts arise that the woman has to make, whether to breastfeed, put the baby to sleep, or to carry the baby in the cloth.
Having a child is life’s greatest blessing, but the truth is that the pain that comes with it can be quite distressing and limiting.
Self-care is important throughout life, but at this stage, which is quite demanding physically and emotionally, it gains even greater importance and dimension. It is essential that the woman / mother (who is so often forgotten), feels good, and in addition to the well-being she feels, she manages to be and transmit the calm and tranquility thatbaby needs, and everything flows in balance .
